In the lecture last week this just kept on popping into my head, and it kindoff has all the aspects of postmodernism. The style of the advert is nostalgic to the time before 3D animation, when 2D hand drawn animation and live action were used together to create this quaint style of film. The music is also of that time, again reminiscing to films like Mary Poppings, Bed-knobs and Broomsticks etc. The whole advert is also an irony on that style with the main character leading all these innocent creatures to the their doom, rather than the typical happy ending of those times.
